Inland Valley RV has been a family-owned RV repair shop since 1992, and we’re growing. We’re looking for two experienced people who take pride in doing the job right the first time.

RV Service Technician

Full-time · On-site · $32–$40/hr, depending on experience

What you’ll do

  • Diagnose and repair RV electrical (12V/120V), plumbing, LP gas and appliance systems
  • Service and repair roof A/C units, generators, awnings, slide-outs and leveling jacks
  • Perform roof repair and replacement, sealant work and collision/body repair
  • Install hitches, tow bars and accessories
  • Complete warranty work to Forest River and Winnebago standards
  • Write clear repair notes and work with the service advisor on estimates and updates

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on RV repair experience (electrical, plumbing, appliances, roofs)
  • RVTI/RVTAA certification a plus
  • Own basic hand tools
  • Valid California driver’s license (you’ll move and road-test customer RVs)

Physical requirements

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; team-lift heavier items like A/C units and generators
  • Climb ladders and work on RV roofs, at heights up to about 13 ft
  • Kneel, crawl, crouch and work under and inside RVs for extended periods
  • Stand for most of the shift and work outdoors in Inland Empire heat

RV Service Writer / Advisor

Full-time · On-site · $25–$35/hr, depending on experience

You’re the first person our customers meet and the link between them and our technicians. If you’re organized, good on the phone and can explain a repair in plain English, we want to talk.

What you’ll do

  • Greet customers, walk around their RV and write up repair orders
  • Build estimates for repairs, collision and roof work, and get customer approval
  • Handle insurance claims and adjuster communication for collision repairs
  • Submit and track Forest River and Winnebago warranty claims
  • Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill and priority, order parts, and keep every job moving on the shop schedule
  • Keep customers updated from drop-off to pickup, and close out invoices

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years as a service writer/advisor at an RV dealer or RV repair shop
  • Comfortable with shop/DMS software, email and phones
  • Insurance claim or warranty experience a big plus
  • Calm, clear communicator who follows through
  • Valid California driver’s license (you’ll move customer RVs around the lot and shop)

Physical requirements

  • Walk the lot throughout the day, between customer coaches and the shop, including outdoors in the heat
  • Climb ladders to inspect RV roofs and damage with customers and adjusters
  • Bend, kneel and crouch to check under coaches during walk-around inspections
  • Step in and out of RVs regularly during check-in and delivery
