Welcome to inlandvalleyrv.com (the “Site”), operated by Inland Valley RV Service & Supplies (“Inland Valley RV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Site or requesting our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Our Services

Inland Valley RV provides RV collision repair, roof repair, and general RV repair and maintenance services, along with a supply and accessory store, at our facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We service Forest River and Winnebago RVs as a factory-authorized provider, and provide general repair service for other RV brands.

2. Estimates and Appointments

We do not offer free walk-in estimates. All estimates are provided by appointment. Estimates are based on visual inspection at the time of appointment and may change once your vehicle is further inspected or disassembled, or if additional damage is discovered during the repair process.

3. Insurance Claims

If your repair involves an insurance claim, our general process is: an appointment-based estimate is prepared, your insurance adjuster inspects and approves the estimate, you are notified of the approval, repair work begins, and you pick up your vehicle once work is complete. We work with insurance carriers generally and are not limited to a specific list of insurers. We assist with the claims process as a courtesy, but your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier, and we are not responsible for your insurer's coverage decisions, timelines, or claim outcomes.

4. Vehicle Storage During Repair

Vehicles in our care for active repair work are stored inside our building for security. We do not offer standalone storage services outside of active repair work, and we do not offer vehicle pickup or delivery — vehicles must be dropped off and picked up at our facility.

5. Warranty

We warranty our labor for 60 days from the date of completed repair. Parts are typically covered under the applicable manufacturer's warranty rather than a warranty from Inland Valley RV. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, subsequent accidents, normal wear and tear, or work performed by other parties after your repair is complete.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be provided at the time of your estimate or invoice. For insurance-covered repairs, you remain responsible for any deductible or amount not covered by your insurance carrier.

7. Website Content

The content on this Site — including text, photos, videos, and the Inland Valley RV name and logo — is owned by Inland Valley RV or used with permission, and is provided for informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Photos and descriptions of our facility, staff, and past work are for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee identical results for every repair.

8. Disclaimers

Information on this Site is provided “as is” for general informational purposes and does not constitute a specific quote, guarantee, or professional advice about your particular vehicle or claim. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is current, complete, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inland Valley RV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. This does not limit any liability related to the repair services themselves, which are governed by the specific terms of your repair order and applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
