Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what customers ask us most about collision, body, and roof repair, insurance, and our shop.

It depends on the extent of the damage. Small, isolated leaks around vents or seams can often be repaired and resealed. Widespread aging, multiple leak points, or significant dry rot in the decking usually call for a full membrane replacement. We'll tell you honestly which one your RV needs after an inspection.

Yes. We regularly work collision, storm, and roof claims with major carriers including State Farm, Nationwide, Progressive, GEICO, Farmers, Mercury, Safeco, The Hartford, Travelers, Allstate, Foremost, National General (NGIC), and Liberty Mutual. You open the claim; we inspect, write the estimate, and work with the adjuster.

Yes — all repair work is done at our Rancho Cucamonga shop, and customers regularly drive in from across the Inland Empire and High Desert, and farther, for our collision, body, and roof work.

Repair estimates are by appointment only — we don't offer free or walk-in estimates, so every visit is scheduled and unhurried. Our retail parts store is different: it's open for walk-ins during business hours, no appointment needed.

Yes. Our RV supply store is open for walk-in customers Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, alongside our repair shop.
