- Soft or spongy spots when you walk on the roof
- Discoloration or water stains on the ceiling or upper walls
- Musty smells inside the coach
- Visible cracks, open seams, or deteriorated caulking around vents and skylights
- Sagging or uneven appearance of the roof membrane
- Recent hail, high wind, or tree-branch contact
Water that enters at the roof often travels into the walls and floor, leading to dry rot and delamination. A timely inspection can determine whether a targeted repair is enough or whether a full membrane replacement is the better long-term solution.
